I am a Yorkshire girl, wherein pre-COVID 19 times, I spent my days styling men and ladies for bespoke tailored clothing, alongside our cloth manufacturing, Huddersfield Textiles. It’s been quite a transition to the new MasksUK venture.

Singing around the world to helping the World!

Mother to 2 teenage girls and a hard-working business owner. My background is diverse, to say the least. I have worked in many customer service roles in the private and public sectors, and as a manager for HMRC. For 13 years I worked as a professional singer, working across the world both solo and with a live band. I was the lead vocalist of a party band onboard Princess Cruises alongside my own guest entertainer show. If you do a Google search for Betsy Rose vocalist, and Hot Funk Party Band, you might just see some performances!! Upon my return to gigs back on land I realized that the gigs would never be the same again, which led me to my business at Jacob Brian Tailors. Never did I think that I would then be diversifying to this extent and providing a product of face masks, that is in such high demand and relevant in the pandemic crisis.

Customer Service is what leads us

My customer service background is what leads us at MasksUK, customer satisfaction is important both in product and delivery. I am probably a workaholic and if you email me late at night don’t be surprised if you get an immediate reply!!

Hearing the positive feedback about our nanotechnology face masks fuels my passion even further to continue to drive this forward to meet the demand of our ever-expanding customer base, and to give people what they need in these very very strange times.

I hope that my blog helps you all to learn a bit about the woman behind MasksUK. I am just a normal mum of two, trying to manage through these strange times, and lucky to have the type of business than can diversify. I must also mention the amazing MasksUK team, from the manufacturing team, IT, dispatch team and my mum who is tirelessly answering the thousands of comments on our Facebook page.
